Flight requests are processed using the information and capabilities available in the connected sales system. The workflow helps customers select a flight. We define which information to present and the order of questions during setup.
Customer details and reservations
Once a flight has been selected, customer details are added and the process moves on to reservation. Required fields and checks depend on the Arkman integration and your agency's sales workflow. This connects customer conversations to the transaction steps in your sales system.
Where are payment and ticketing completed?
Customers are directed to your website at the payment step. The conversational workflow and the payment and ticketing completed on the website are separate stages. When assessing TravelRep, consider the complete journey: flight search, selection, customer details, reservation and website handoff.
When does a live agent take over?
Live support may be needed when a customer asks to speak to an agent, a request falls outside the configured workflow or your agency assigns a particular step to its team. The website payment handoff is a separate process step. This distinction helps you assess how far the assistant has progressed each conversation.
What do you need to try it at your agency?
We review your Arkman setup, current flight sales process and customer contact channels. Once live data access and transaction permissions are clear, we test domestic and international flight scenarios. Additional requirements such as cancellations, refunds or changes are assessed separately from the scope described here.
